When Mulberry Homes wanted to showcase their unique offers, we were engaged to produce a brand video for this quality housing developer.
Page One were commissioned by our friends at Unsworth Sugden to explain the USP’s that Mulberry Homes bring to their property developments, using a quality brand video shot on location near Leicester.
Shot with a two person team, and then edited and graded in our Nottingham production studio, the video went through several nuanced variations before settling on this “Directors Cut” from ourselves.
This is an excellent example of how leading property developers can leverage real estate and property brand video content across many different channels to positively impact buyer goodwill and brand value.
In particular Mulberry homes communicated not just the advantages of the development we shot on, but of their entire approach to new home development.
