Doug Marke
Creative Director
One of the company founders, Doug began his media career in Canada as a photographer and editor for a number of media outlets including local television, before moving to the UK where he gained extensive experience working for national and international organisations producing editorial and corporate photography and video.
Dougs core task is to oversea and manage the creative direction of the team, including acting as principal producer on complex projects. He works alongside clients producing treatments and scripts for clients big and small
Abi Morrison
Client Manager
Abi is a crucial link to our customers, managing our client relationships, as well as our marketing. Odds are when you call to make an enquiry it’s Abi you will be talking to!
In addition she also contributes a critical eye to our output and helps to develop briefs and ideas in conjunction with the rest of the team and our customers. With a BA Honours Degree in 3D design and marketing qualifications from the CIM, she is a key member of the creative team at Page One, helping to develop original ideas and ensuring projects meet our high quality expectations.
Tom Whitchurch
Senior Editor / Filmmaker
Tom started at Page One in 2017, and is our Lead Editor / Filmmaker, producing a wide variety of projects for almost all of our clients.
In addition to producing, shooting and then editing projects, Tom overseas the day to day output from the studio. Tom works alongside the rest of the team to ensure that projects are delivered in good time, and according to the direction of the customer. Fluent in Premier, AE, Audition and Resolve, Tom is well versed in being able to take a project from conception, through preparation, to shooting, editing and final delivery.
Emma Sargent
Editor/ Filmmaker
Emma completed her apprenticeship with Page One in early 2023, and is now a fully qualified editor on both Adobe and DaVinci applications.
Working on a variety of production tasks supporting all sides of our video production. Our main social and property video editor, she contributes both in the field and the studio.
Filming content on location from the ground, Emma is also a CAA qualified drone pilot.
In her spare time, she is a competitive kick-boxer and a fan of Formula 1 and Nottingham Forest!
David Marsden
Filmmaker / DOP
David started his career as a photographer, which has given him an excellent background for moving into corporate video production..
Extensively published around the UK and internationally and with a natural eye for a good image, David is our primary photographer. He can regularly be seen behind the camera on projects ranging from property tours to bespoke business videos. David edits in post production using Final Cut and Premiere Pro, but his best skills lie in using his natural photographic talent to produce great video and still images. David is also a fully qualified CAA drone pilot providing our clients with aerial photography and video.
Luke Gale
Associate FPV Drone Pilot / Filmmaker
Luke is one of the UK’s top aerial filmmakers and drone pilots, with extensive experience across the UK and Europe.
Luke has worked on some of our most complex shoots, ranging from complex FPV footage for corporate clients, to technical footage for automotive testing, to immersive 360 aerial footage for our energy sector work. Luke brings a wide range of capabilities to our work, as well as unmatched professionalism.

Charlotte Slater
Associate Graphics Artist / Editor
Charlotte joined Page One in 2013 and is our principal motion graphic artist, as well as one of our experienced editors.
Fluent in Premiere Pro, After Effects, illustrator and photoshop, Charlotte leads on our more complex animation and motion graphics projects, as well as dealing with day to day projects we produce for all of our clients. She works alongside the rest of the team to ensure that we deliver our projects to the quality and deadlines our customers need! Alongside Tom and Emma, she produces motion graphics and hybrid animations for blue chip customers across the globe.
