One of a series of property development video shot for Lovell Homes to mark the launch of a number of new West Midlands new homes projects.

With the mayor of the West Midlands providing an enthusiastic overview, this property development video outlines the nature of the project and the input from the various stakeholders who have helped to enable it.

Using an extensive amount of drone work, together with pieces to camera on location, this video provides an excellent overview of the location, and communicates the excitement of what is to come on the long derelict former industrial site in Walsall, Birmingham.

The video was then rapidly turned around from our Nottingham Studio to help maximise the PR from the event.

Construction and Property launch events can make great development overview videos. With the opportunity to use them for both PR and social media, then rejig for long term development promotion.
