Property event video which was used to advertise the clients sustainable showhome
Project Overview
Leading UK house builder Barratt Redrow launched their new “Insight House” to highlight low carbon build techniques in an educational setting.
Page One were commissioned to produce internal educational video content for the home, (Which can be seen in the video!) as well as this property event video.
Content for this video was drawn from the previous shoot for the internal use video, and from the launch event, featuring children from a local school.
Shot with a two person team near Birmingham, and then edited and graded in our Nottingham production studio. This video was used across Barratt’s social channels as well as being embedded on the educational website for the house.
As such this is an excellent example of how property developers can use video across different channels to impact buyer goodwill and brand value.
