Page One Media is a Nottingham-based video and photography agency working across the UK and Europe. We create high-quality corporate films, property videos, social content, training materials and photography for clients in construction, property, engineering, healthcare, automotive and more.

📽️ Job Role: Video Producer / Photographer (AI-Enhanced Production)
You’ll produce high-quality video and photography across a wide range of industries, with the added opportunity to use AI tools to supercharge production, ideation and post-production.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Plan, shoot and edit high-end video content for corporate, property, social and commercial clients
• Capture high-quality photography for marketing and editorial and campaigns
• Work on both studio and location shoots alongside the Page One team in our Nottingham offices and in client locations across the UK.
• Edit films using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Resolve and other tools
• Use AI tools to support and enhance your work, including concept generation, pre-visualisation, script assistance, storyboarding, editing support, image enhancement, asset creation and workflow optimisation
• Maintain consistent quality and brand standards across all projects

🤖 AI Skills We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be an AI engineer, just genuinely comfortable using modern tools to work smarter and create better content. For example:

• Using AI for storyboarding, treatments or style exploration
• AI-assisted editing (transcription, rough cuts, scene detection, sound cleanup, colour suggestions, etc.)
• Basic prompt-led image or asset creation (e.g., textures, graphics, titles, mood boards)
• AI tools for social-ready cuts: resizing, repurposing, captioning
• Understanding how AI can accelerate production while maintaining creative integrity

🎯 What We’re Looking For Overall

• Strong portfolio in video and photography, including drone work
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Confident on shoots: lighting, audio, lenses, composition
• Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing and visual style
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Interest in exploring new tools, including AI, to improve output and efficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence dealing with the public and clients.
• Full UK driving licence.
