Leading UK house builder David Wilson homes recently launched their new “Insight House” to highlight their low carbon build techniques in an educational setting.
Page One were commissioned to produce both internal educational video content for the home, (Which can be seen playing in the video!) as well as this launch event video.
Content for this video was drawn from the previous shoot for the internal use video, and from the launch event, featuring children from a local school.
Shot with a two person team, and then edited and graded in our Nottingham production studio, the video has been used across David Wilsons social channels as well as being embedded on the bespoke educational website for the house.
This is an excellent example of how leading property developers can leverage corporate video content across many different channels to positively impact buyer goodwill and brand value.
