With excellent local amenities, parks and schools, David Wilson Homes was keen to ensure that this local area overview video for their new Finchwood Park properly displayed the lifestyle on offer at this excellent location.
Page One developed a full script and treatment based around the history and quality of the location, then arranged access to various local amenities including the local pubs, parks and even a brewery!
This was then shot during a break in the otherwise very poor summer of 2023, to full broadcast spec to ensure it’s addressable broadcast ready!
Outputs in 4k included a main video, plus social edits, and stills extractions.
