This video for E.ON UK is a short social version of a longer video which explores what gender equality means to colleagues at the energy company.
Produced for E.ON to coincide with International Woman’s day 2020, and used to help demonstrate the culture of E.on to potential new recruits.
Shot over a single day by a three person crew, we used a simple clean style to produce a bold video which concentrates on the participant’s messages.
Outputs included a long main video, as well as two different social edits.
Culture videos of this nature are particularly helpful in as a recruitment tool, making clear to potential employees the nature of the business they might be joining.
Sitting alongside other more technical recruitment videos, they can provide a excellent complimentary message to appeal to the heart, not just the head.
